Alisha, Is a recently certified crystal therapist and founder of Lunar Moon Crystal Therapy, based in our GlamR salon in Oulton Broad. Alisha has always has a love and passion for all things crystals since being young but decided to grow her knowledge even further by completing her Crystal Therapist Practitioner course in 2021. Alisha custom tailors each treatment to suit your needs, creating a warm and relaxing environment for every client. These treatments are suitable for those who have never experienced any kind of crystal therapy and for those who have. So there is no judgement if you have never tried crystal healing before and equally if you do all the time. The most important aspect to Crystal Therapy is to feel at ease and to enjoy the tranquility, so lay down, take a deep breath and just relax.
What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal therapy is a natural and holistic therapy that taps into the energy of crystals and the energy of your aura. Crystals take millions of years to form and are formed by the repetition of chemical structures. There are many different types of crystals and this depends on the type of mineral it is made from and the conditions it grows in. These are the differences that changes the crystals energetic focus. Crystal healing is an energy based treatment, which means it taps into the different energies in your body. When these energies become stagnant, unbalanced or blocked it can cause many problems. The different energies of the crystals help unblock, balance and direct the energies where they are needed, supporting and healing the body in a therapeutic way. During the Crystal Therapy treatment, crystals are placed on or around the fully clothed client in specific areas, the crystals may be used singularly or in patterns. You will then be sent into a deep guided meditation with music and sound bowls and will likely drift into a state of relaxation where your stresses and worries will melt away. After you have been brought back from your meditated state, you will be asked for feedback from the treatment.
